this is it.

We are here, we made the move to CO a few days ago.
Still trying to adjust to the move,
struggling to get back on a normal schedule,
terribly missing our family and friends we have left behind in WI,
confused with what to tell Kiki when he asks to see his Godmother and Nana,
lost with how to navigate in a new place when there isnt 'the lake' as a guide,
and dying to get a few hours of sewing in.
We will be settling into our new house this weekend, and I am hoping that life will feel a little less like everything has been turned up side down.

Hey, I was wondering where you'd gone! I'm glad to hear you've made it through the move, logistically anyway. I just moved a few weeks ago and still don't feel quite settled in. It just takes time. Good luck!

It will get better. It might suck for a long time. It takes, they say, an average of 3 years to make a place feel like home after a big move. You'll find a niche! xox

I'm sorry that your transition so far has been difficult but with time, some new playmates and the address of the nearest fabric shoppe, all will begin to fall in to place :)
