Shop Update..
I worked my way through some of my favorite fabrics and made some new baby shoes for my shop!
I also listed an upgrade for my baby shoes, Organic reinforced toes & soles.
The upgrade is available is 6 different colors, to coordinate with any of the shoes in my shop. I love the rugged look of the natural organic canvas, and it will be great for toddler sizes, or for little ones who are starting to walk. I will be listing more of the colors available this week, with photos to show the color options on different styles of shoes.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone,
I have more fun stuff to post real soon :)

new organic quilts..
While I had grand ambitions to get lots of sewing done this weekend, I only managed to finish up these two quilts.
Top quilt is made with such a lovely grey/blue Air Travel fabric from Kokka, and the bottom quilt is a cute tiny doggie print from Lecien, and is heavily stippled (my first whole quilt free motioned!). I also backed the quilt with organic canvas, which is my new all time fav for backing. It's so durable and rugged, yet so practical! Both quilts are now in my shop.
Did anyone else manage a productive weekend?

Etsy Shop Feature :: Springvale Soap
or rather,
I seriously ♥ this soap.
does that seem ridiculous?
I just got my second order from Springvale Soap.
I just got my second order from Springvale Soap.Old fashioned, cold process soaps handcrafted in Brandon, Wisconsin.
Deb is super sweet to work with, and I love the soaps so much I want to give them to every woman I know for Christmas...
I have tried many different handmade soaps, but I love the quality of these bars. They have a lovely lather, the scents are yummy without being overwhelming (I love the honey almond!), the bars stay firm between showers and are moisturizing. These bars do not leave me with the tight, dry feeling on my skin after showering like some others I have tried..
The prices are so very reasonable, and every time I check back there are new scents -
(twilight inspired? chocolate?!).
You can check out Springvale Soap here on etsy,
and check out the blog for giveaways,
and to see what new creations are in the works!

Shop Update.
I have an all new collection of Baby Blankets / Changing Mats in my shop!
I have been so excited to be making these, and have been having fun picking out different prints to use..
Organic baby blankets made with the Circa 50 collection. This fabric is so soft and silky..
Chocolate Cherries, this fabric reminds me of the Amy Bultler full moon dot so much!
Word Search, a great gender neutral print. I think this print is great for a newborn all the way until toddler when they could start identifying each letter.
Great prints for a little boy.
Some cute ones for a little girl.
All of the blankets are backed with soft chenille, and feature a velcro strap so the blanket can be rolled up nice and compact to fit in your diaper bag.
I have some more blankets coming, but my mornings before work have been very limited lately (unfortunately). But I have many more ideas that will be coming soon!
